Более 1 млрд руб. выманили у доверчивых клиентов представители российской «дочки» международной брокерской компании TeleTrade. По данным МВД, обещая клиентам баснословные прибыли на электронной бирже, злоумышленники переводили полученные от них деньги на подконтрольные им счета в офшорах, после чего похищали. Пока задержаны трое членов группы, а предполагаемым организаторам — владельцу TeleTrade Владимиру Чернобаю и его племяннику Олегу Суворову, курировавшему финансовый блок компании, обвинения предъявлены заочно, в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.

Следственно-оперативные мероприятия в рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере) в отношении организаторов мошеннических схем, сотрудники ГУЭБиПК МВД РФ и их московские коллеги проводили в течение нескольких дней более чем по 30 адресам в Москве и Московской области. В частности, обыски прошли в офисах на 40-м этаже башни «Федерация» в «Москва-Сити», Хохловском и Большом Спасоглинищевском переулках. Именно там арендует помещения один из крупнейших в России форекс-дилеров ООО «Телетрейд групп», дочерняя структура международной группы компаний TeleTrade.
У предполагаемых махинаторов обнаружена и изъята бухгалтерская документация, компьютерная техника, электронные носители информации и черновые записи. При этом задержать удалось трех человек. Формально они никакого отношения к ООО не имеют, однако, по данным оперативников, именно они являлись неофициальными руководителями организации. В частности, по ходатайству следователя следственного департамента МВД Тверской райсуд Москвы арестовал Александра Калашникова, курировавшего, по данным следствия, столичный и более 50 региональных офисов форекс-дилера, Владимира Лапшова, отвечавшего за безопасность и урегулирование проблем с клиентами, а также специалиста по набору кадров Андрея Котова. Первых двоих полицейские задержали по месту проживания, а вот господина Котова удалось поймать на Можайском шоссе, когда он пытался выехать из Москвы и укрыться в Белоруссии. Кабинеты же предполагаемого организатора мошеннических схем Владимира Чернобая в Спасоглинищевском переулке и его племянника Олега Суворова, отвечавшего за финансовый блок компании, оказались пусты. Не оказалось их и по домашним адресам. Отметим, что у господина Чернобая в собственности якобы находится чуть ли не полбашни «Федерация», несколько огромных квартир в центре Москвы, роскошный коттедж в Подмосковье и автопарк люксовых иномарок. Обвинения обоим предъявили заочно и в ближайшее время их планируют объявить в розыск.
Как отмечают участвовавшие в операции сотрудники МВД, свою деятельность мошенники вели, прикрываясь брендом TeleTrade, который еще в 2016 году получил лицензию Центробанка на брокерскую деятельность. Это и привлекало клиентов, которых находили в основном путем банального обзвона по так называемым «холодным базам» (список абонентов МГТС, базы ГИБДД и проч.).
Минимальный взнос для игры, например, на той же бирже валют «Форекс» составлял $10 тыс. Если абонент был готов рискнуть такой суммой, ему предлагали заключить договор. По сути, как говорят оперативники, в этот момент и начиналось мошенничество. Войдя на сайт TeleTrade и регистрируясь там, клиент незаметно для себя оказывался на сайте офшорной иностранной компании TeleTrade D.J. Ltd., с которой в итоге и заключался договор. Таким образом, российский представитель автоматически избегал какой-либо ответственности в случае претензий клиента. Дополнительным же громоотводом для мошенников являлись компании биржевых трейдеров, с которыми заключались договоры доверительного управления денежными средствами клиентов. В этом случае все претензии клиент должен был адресовать обычному физическому лицу. Деньги же можно было внести как наличными через кассу Webmoney на 42-м этаже башни «Федерация», так и через электронный кошелек, зарегистрированный на Олега Суворова.
Суть же самой махинации заключалась в том, что мошенники использовали специальную компьютерную программу на сайте форекс-дилера, в которой клиенту заводили личный кабинет, где он мог видеть сумму якобы зачисленных денежных средств и отслеживать хронологию торгов. Затем с помощью специального плагина счет обнулялся, и клиенту объявляли, что он оказался в проигрыше. На самом же деле клиент ни в каких торгах не участвовал, их подобие видели лишь он сам и программист. Деньги же тем временем оказывались на счетах латвийских фирм, подконтрольных участникам преступной группы.
По данным следствия, от действий мошенников только в столичном регионе пострадали более 1 тыс. человек. В ближайшее время следствие намерено приобщить к материалам дела и эпизоды с аналогичными мошенничествами как минимум еще в трех российских регионах.
Напомним, что в производстве следственного департамента МВД находится аналогичное дело о мошенничестве российских представителей компании TeleTrade, возбужденное еще в 2016 году. Тогда МВД заявляло, что потерпевшим нанесен ущерб в размере нескольких сотен миллионов рублей. В ближайшее время эти дела, скорее всего, объединят.
